Automatic Update

Final Suspect has a built-in update checker within the game, and will automatically check for updates each time you launch it.
When an update is available, you will be required to update; otherwise, you will not be able to continue playing.

The update check logic differs between the Release and Open Beta versions：
The Release version will not require you to update to the Open Beta version,Open Beta version does not perform update checks.

Manual Update

If not necessary, we recommend that you choose automatic update.

If the update check fails or issues occur during download, you can manually update by following these steps：

  1. Go toGitHub Releases and download the latest version of the DLL file.
  2. Open the Among Us root directory, then navigate to the BepInEx\plugins folder.
  3. Replace the existing DLL file with the downloaded one.
  4. That's all for the updates.
